MENTORING AND EVALUATION

Mentoring for teachers, administrators and schools. Coaching for those in transition and for businesses.

Program design, need assessments, evaluation for the humanities and the arts.

Leonore Russell is an adjunct professor at Adelphi University, a consultant for Waldorf Schools and farm based education initiatives, working with UMC and with Adminservice,a member of the AWSNA Pedagogical Mentors Seminar, and AWSNA Mexico Committee. Her work comes from a long career in teaching in a Waldorf School and now she works in higher education and business to motivate and empower adults.
